Chris Brown - Drake night club brawl over Rihanna

Chris Brown tweeted a picture of his injury after alleged fracas with Drake. Copyright [Twitter/Chris Brown]

Hip-hop rivals Chris Brown and Drake turned a New York City nightclub into a war zone that sent four innocent bystanders to the hospital early Thursday when they started a brutal brawl over the pop music diva Rihanna.
One of the club-goers caught in the middle was Hollie C, an Australian tourist who was rushed to Bellevue Hospital after she was smashed in the head with a flying bottle during the fight.
A gruesome photo shows a gash in her head and her face covered with blood. She needed 16 stitches to close the wound.
Witnesses say the two recording stars started fighting after Chris Brown sent Drake a bottle of Champagne as a peace offering. Drake reportedly sent the bottle back with a note: 'I'm f****** the love of your life, deal with it.'

Horrific: Hollie C, a 24-year-old Australian tourist, received 16 stitches to close a head wound she received when she was hit with a flying bottle during the fight

As they were squaring off, someone -- police don't know who yet -- threw a bottle.
Drake, whose real name is Aubrey Drake Graham, was not in the group that confronted Chris Brown, NYPD Lt John Grimple told Mail Online.
Hollie, the injured tourist, told TMZ.com she went to W.i.P. with friends on Wednesday night, unaware they were sitting in between two angry rappers and their entourages.
Suddenly, all hell broke loose.

'Within a few moments of noticing glass being thrown around, I saw a glass bottle headed towards me, consequently hitting me in the head.' she told TMZ.

'I immediately started to bleed and proceeded to fall in and out of consciousness.'

She was one of eight people treated as a result of the fight. Hollie and four others had nothing to do with the bar brawl.
Big Pat, is Chris Brown's bodyguard,. A photo shows him laying in a hospital bed with a bloody, wound on his head.
Chris Brown was also injured. He posted a picture of a gash on his chin -- apparently sustained from the fight with Drake.
His female companion was hurt, as well.
Brown allegedly flew into a rage after Drake taunted him by returning a bottle of champagne he'd sent over as 'peace offering' with a note reading:  'I'm f****** the love of your life, deal with it'.
Drake's crude response was clearly a reference to Brown's ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
According to website Global Grind, Chris reportedly flew into a rage and confronted Drake.
Drake allegedly threw a punch but before the singer could retaliate, another man hit Brown in the face with a bottle.
A source told the New York Post: 'They were on opposite sides of the room, Drake went over to the middle of the club to talk to someone, then words were exchanged with Chris and his entourage.
The source said someone from Drake's entourage, possibly the singer himself, threw a bottle.
'Once the bottle was thrown, all hell broke loose and there were more bottles thrown.'

Gruesome: Chris Brown's bodyguard, Big Pat, recovers from a head wound he received during the bar fight.

Chris Brown, 23, dated Rihanna until she dumped him after he savagely beat her on the eve of her performance at the Grammy Awards in 2009. After their breakup, the beauty from Barbados was romantically linked with rapper Drake.
Reports indicate Rihanna, 24, is in the process of getting back together with Chris Brown.
The New York Police Department is investigating the fight, which broke out at Club W.i.P in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan.
A spokesman said investigators believe Chris Brown, his bodyguard and a woman with him were trying to leave the club about 4am when they were confronted by five members of Drake's posse.

The aftermath: Broken glass can be seen strewn across the bar following the Chris and Drake fight.

The fight allegedly kicked off as the last song was playing, just before 4 a.m.
Police were already at the scene because it was closing time and that they 'were on it in seconds and began getting everyone out of the club.'
Pictures of the aftermath show the club floor strewn with broken glass.
Brown was pulled out of the situation by his own security and helped out of the club while Drake was pulled to the back of the club, the source said. '[Drake] was one of the last out of W.I.P.'
The New York Police department confirmed to the Global Grind that the two singers' crews got into a fight at Manhattan nightclub - 5 people were injured in the melee including Chris' bodyguard who suffered a serious cut to the head, two other men and two women suffered minor cuts. At least three were hospitalised.
Police were looking at surveillance footage and talking to patrons who witnessed the melee. No arrests have been made and no complaints filed.
Drake has today denied he was involved in 'any kind last night at W.i.P.' His spokeswoman said in a statement: 'He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began.

Phillip Phillips is the new 'American Idol'

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Phillip Phillips, a bluesy Georgia guitar man, was crowned the new "American Idol" on Wednesday after defeating teenager Jessica Sanchez in record viewer voting. He was the fifth male "Idol" winner in a row.
Phillips, 21, a pawn shop worker from Leesburg, Ga., looked stunned when host Ryan Seacrest announced his name, then wordlessly accepted a hug from Sanchez and congratulations from his fellow finalists.
He dissolved into tears as he sang "Home," the song that may be his first single.
Phillips retained his humble, self-effacing demeanor to the end, and beyond.
"I have no idea why I won, man," he said in his backstage dressing room. "I guess some people liked the music that I was doing. I'm just lucky. ... I was just doing my thing each week."
He received the winning share of the record-high 132 million votes cast after Tuesday's final showdown with high school student Sanchez, 16, of Chula Vista, Calif. The vote count was not announced, typical for the contest.
His victory extended the "American Idol" winning streak for men to five consecutive seasons. The last female to win, and the last non-white, was Jordin Sparks in 2007.
Phillips has more in common with the last four winners than gender. Like them, he is a young Caucasian guitar player, also known to "Idol" watchers as WGWGs — white guys with guitars.
Last year's winner was Scotty McCreery, preceded by Lee DeWyze, Kris Allen and David Cook.
Sanchez, who is of Filipino and Latino heritage, took a measured view of the outcome, one that she said had solely to do with music.
"I don't blame it on anything," she said backstage. "Phillip has his fans, and I have mine. We're totally two different people. Our genres are completely different.
"He's more like the indie, alternative rock kinda guy, and I'm more urban R&B pop. ... It's just the number of our fans," she said, adding that she expected to be the runner-up.
"In the moment, I told him, 'You're gonna win this.' I was smiling at him the whole time. I was ready to just give him a big hug, and that's what I did when they announced it."
Sparks, 22, was among the guest stars who helped fill out the two-hour finale show, among them Rihanna, Neil Diamond, Reba McEntire, Chaka Khan and John Fogarty. "American Idol" judges Steven Tyler, with his band Aerosmith, and Jennifer Lopez also performed, but it was Sanchez and Jennifer Holliday who stood out with a powerhouse duet on "And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going."
Besides music, there was a marriage proposal for the season 11 finale: Former contestants Ace Young and Diana DeGarmo got engaged on stage.
Young, 31, a season five finalist, told Seacrest that he and DeGarmo, 24, had just moved in together. Then Young got down on one knee and popped the question to her.
"I love you to death. You're my best friend," Young said in his proposal, which included a jarring credit for the jeweler who made the engagement ring he was offering (which, given Fox's heavy soft drink and car sponsor product placement, wasn't so off-key).
DeGarmo, a runner-up in season three, tearfully accepted, her head bobbing up and down.
But the point of the finale, saved for the final minutes and the highest possible ratings, was anointing the newest Idol and winner of a record contract.
During the three-song showdown Tuesday between Phillips and Sanchez, the show's judges praised his performance across the board. Sanchez was faulted for a lackluster rendition of her third song, "Change Nothing."
Although some critics dismissed Phillips as a Dave Matthews clone, viewers embraced him for his humility, his on-camera mugging and his memorable acoustic covers of songs like Usher's "U Got It Bad." In weekly tallies, Phillips never fell among the low vote-getters.
On Tuesday, he earned consistently high marks from the show's judges, while Sanchez faltered on "Change Nothing," the song that could serve as her first release.
The teenager agreed with panelists Randy Jackson, Lopez and Tyler, saying she should have gone more "urban" with her song choice.
Phillips had better luck with the slow-tempo, acoustic tune "Home," which the judges said recalled artists like Fleet Foxes, Paul Simon and Mumford and Sons. At one point during Phillips' final performance, the pawn shop worker was accompanied by a marching band.
It was a hit with the panel. Jackson, beaming, exclaimed: "I love the song. I love you. I love the production. I love the marching band. Everything about that was perfect."
Last year's contest between McCreery and runner-up Lauren Alaina drew more than 122 million votes, the record that was broken Wednesday.

Manny Pacquiao denounces anti-gay allegations

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Manny Pacquiao says he loves and supports gays and lesbians, even though he does not approve of gay marriage.
The world champion boxer and Filipino congressman has been criticized ever since he was quoted in an interview on the examiner.com website saying he opposed President Barack Obama's support for gay marriage.
Pacquiao said Wednesday in an interview with The Associated Press that he doesn't support gay marriage because of his Roman Catholic beliefs. But he said he has gay friends and relatives, and supports their rights.
"I'm not against the gay people," Pacquiao said. "I'm not condemning them. ... I have a cousin (who is) gay. I have relatives (who are) gay. I have a lot of friends (who are) gay, so I'm not condemning gays. What I said is I'm not in favor of same-sex marriage. That's the one thing I said to the guy.
"I told (the reporter) I'm against same-sex marriage," Pacquiao added. "He said, 'Why?' I said, 'It's the law of God.' That's all I said."
The examiner.com story contained a Bible passage from Leviticus calling for the death of "a man (who) lies with a man," and Pacquiao said many readers erroneously believed he had quoted that verse.
He said he had not, and the writer later clarified in a follow-up post that he had included the verse himself.
"My favorite verse in the Bible is 'Love one another,' and 'Love your neighbor as you love yourself,'" Pacquiao said. "It's in the Bible: Do not judge. I'm not judging."
Pacquiao was banned from a popular Hollywood shopping mall after the article was publicized Tuesday, and an online petition encouraging sponsor Nike Inc. to drop Pacquiao received 4,868 signatures before it was suspended Wednesday morning. The petition site, change.org, posted a note saying that the author of the original article had clarified that Pacquiao didn't cite the Bible passage.
Pacquiao spoke to the AP next to his pool at his comfortable Los Angeles home, where thecongressman lives while training for fights at Freddie Roach's Wild Card Gym in Hollywood. The champion had the day off from training, spending the morning in medical exams before a big lunch and some relaxation.
Although Pacquiao is experiencing a newfound passion for his religion and has socially conservative views in line with many Filipinos' beliefs, he was eager to clear his name after a 24-hour avalanche of criticism over the belief that the eight-division world champion boxer had denounced gay rights and even supported the killing of gay people.
Although he opposes same-sex marriage, Pacquiao declined to weigh in on civil unions, the internationally popular alternative, saying he didn't know enough about the concept to form an opinion.
"It's hard to give a correct answer to what's the right situation," he said.
The expansive Los Angeles mall known as The Grove, where the syndicated entertainment-news show "Extra" films its episodes, wouldn't allow Pacquiao to film a segment on its premises, worrying that an appearance by the boxer could be disruptive. Host Mario Lopez, an avid boxing fan, instead filmed an interview with Pacquiao at the fighter's home.
Pacquiao chuckled at the knowledge that his words — even words he said he didn't say — carry more weight than those of an average athlete because of his political aspirations.
"With great power comes great responsibility, so that's my responsibility, to handle everything," Pacquiao said. "This has happened before. You have to explain and understand. It's a lot more fun to train (for a fight)."
Pacquiao is the Philippines' most famous person and one of the world's most popular athletes. The eight-division world champion is a movie star, singer, pitchman and congressman, representing the Sarangani province in the Philippines' House of Representatives since May 2010.
He has won 16 consecutive fights since March 2005, beating Oscar De La Hoya, Juan Manuel Marquez, Miguel Cotto, Shane Mosley and Antonio Margarito. He will defend his WBO welterweight title against Timothy Bradley on June 9 in Las Vegas.
Pacquiao has embraced Catholicism in recent months after marital trouble with his wife, Jinkee. Although he has always attended Mass before his fights, the boxer has taken up frequent Bible study, and he traveled from the Philippines to the U.S. in the company of a spiritual adviser and pastor, Jeric Soriano, now a regular presence in Pacquiao's life in Los Angeles and the Philippines.
"It's difficult sometimes, but God gave me a talent," Pacquiao said. "He gave me a wisdom and a knowledge."
Although Pacquiao has some conservative social views, he also has ties to progressive American politicians, including Nevada Sen. Harry Reid. The boxer campaigned for the Democratic majority leader during his tough re-election victory over Sharron Angle in 2010.
Pacquiao also visited Obama at the White House last year, discussing basketball and boxing. The fighter says he enjoyed meeting Obama, but didn't share his views on same-sex marriage.
Pacquiao is the fourth of six children born into poverty in the Philippines, and he has four children of his own with his wife. He has spoken out against birth control during his political career, affirming his Roman Catholic faith.
Floyd Mayweather Jr., Pacquiao's only rival for pound-for-pound supremacy in boxing, took to Twitter on Wednesday to tout his own beliefs.
"I stand behind President Obama & support gay marriage," Mayweather tweeted. "I'm an American citizen & I believe people should live their life the way they want."

Obama 'First Gay President'

In a gutsy move, Newsweek has released the cover of their next issue, on the cover of which they depict President Obama with a rainbow halo and the title of 'The First Gay President'.
The news-magazine, which hits stands today, is using the shock factor of labeling the straight, married, father-of-two President to draw attention to itself.
Tina Brown, who edits the magazine and its sister website The Daily Beast, is known for her love of controversial covers to help boost public interest and sales.

After Time magazine went with a cover shot of a young blonde mother breastfeeding her 3-year-old boy, Ms Brown is said to have taken it in stride, saying 'let the games begin!'
The article accompanying the cover was written by the news magazine's regular blogger, Andrew Sullivan, who is an openly gay self-titled conservative political pundit.

'When you step back a little and assess the record of Obama on gay rights, you see, in fact, that this was not an aberration. It was an inevitable culmination of three years of work,' Mr Sullivan said in a statement about the article.
'He had to discover his black identity and then reconcile it with his white family, just as gays discover their homosexual identity and then have to reconcile it with their heterosexual family,' he wrote, describing the similarities between Mr Obama and the gay community.

There was little doubt that Newsweek would be covering the President's historic announcement that he supports same-sex marriage after he had a sit-down television interview confirming what many already believed to be the case.
This was, however, the first time that a sitting President had done so, and the magazine asserts that such a move was a calculated one that had been thoroughly planned.
'It’s easy to write off President Obama’s announcement of his support for gay marriage as a political ploy during an election year. But don’t believe the cynics,' representatives from the news magazine told Politico in a statement about the article.
President Obama's announcement came several days after Vice President Joe Biden said that he was 'absolutely comfortable with the fact that men marrying men, women marrying women and men and women marrying are entitled to the same exact rights, all the civil rights, all the civil liberties.'

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are Engaged

UPDATE:
It's true, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are engaged! From The Associated Press:
Pitt's manager confirmed the news to The Associated Press in an email Friday.
Cynthia Pett-Dante said that there isn't a wedding date "at this time." She also said that the engagement "is a promise for the future."
PREVIOUSLY:
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are engagedThe Hollywood Reporter reports. After years of wedding and engagement rumors, it looks like one of Hollywood's biggest power couples might be walking down the aisle.
"I can confirm that, yes, Robert Procop did indeed design an engagement ring for Angelina Jolie, designed in collaboration with Brad Pitt," a rep for the Beverly Hills jeweler told THR.
There's no word from the couple's reps, but Jolie was spotted wearing a ring at a private event at Los Angeles County Museum of Art's Chinese Gallerie this week, adding more fuel to the engagement fire.
If Pitt and Jolie do decide to take the marriage leap, it's a long time coming for the couple, who first got together after starring in 2005's "Mr. and Mrs. Smith." They have six children together, who have reportedly been asking for their parents to tie the knot.
"They figured out what marriage is now, they're old enough so now they kind of like the idea of it," Jolie told "Extra" in February. "But we're still convinced that half of them just want to party. They've heard there's good cake."

American Idol Shocking Elimination Result

I really can't get over with this American Idol Elimination Result. This is a case of looks vs. talent, I wont be surprise if Philip Philips or Colton Dixon will win this season, I mean, they can sing but Jessica is exceptional.

Jessica Sanchez a Filipino Mexican, has the most incredible and beautiful voice  at a tender age of 16 in this whole competition, and the Judges namely Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson made the right decision to save her from being eliminated.  I think America is not yet ready for an Asian to be the next Idol.

On the other hand, the judges reacted way too far, they even go down the stage to do some drama by just saying that Jessica is saved which I think is unfair for the other contestants, that can also be misunderstood as an act of favoritism.

Jessica Sanchez has another week to prove herself and America should vote wisely for the real talent and not just for another pretty face.

Miss Universe Canada rejects transgender contestant

She is Beautiful, Tall, Intelligent, Hot, and perfect to become the next Ms. Canada, but the Big hindrance is, she is a Transgender, she was born Male.

Jenna Talackova, 23, was thrown out of the competition after it emerged that she had undergone a sex-change operation, despite having successfully reached the finals in the Miss Vancouver pageant. She began hormone therapy when she was 14, and underwent surgical reassignment five years later.

the rules of the competition were very clear in that the contestants must be a “naturally born female.” The Organizers of Ms. Canada suspected that Ms. Talackova was not born a woman, which she later confirmed.

“I’m disqualified, however I’m not giving up,” Ms Talackova tweeted, though she later locked her Twitter account. “I’m not going to just let them disqualify me over discrimination,” she added.

There is a proper pageant for a trangender like Jenna Talackova, It's not good to see that the next Ms. Canada has been a male. It's not fair for the other contestants who are naturally born female.

Madonna is under attack by one of the most famous DJs in the world ... who's PISSED at the Material Girl for glamorizing the use of ecstasy during a recent concert.

DJ Deadmau5 was clearly watching when Madge took the stage at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami this weekend and shouted to the crowd, "How many people in this crowd have seen molly?" (check out video below at :45 mark)

FYI -- "Molly" is a slang term for MDMA, one of the key ingredients in ecstasy ... a drug that's hugely popular with people in the electronic dance music community.

Lindsay Lohan put herself to house arrest..

Actress Lindsay Lohan is once again under house arrest but this time it is a self-imposed house arrest as she awaits the end of her probationary period.
According to insiders Lohan decided to avoid any further trouble to ensure that the last two weeks of her court ordered probation has expired without further complications
The decision comes after a club visitor accused Lohan of hitting him with her car and then fleeing the scene of the accident during the early morning hours this past Thursday.
In the meantime several eyewitnesses claim that the man Lohan struck was only grazed and didn’t appear to be injured however after finding out Lindsay Lohan hit him the man made a beeline for the emergency room.
Lohan’s lawyer responded to the charges with the following statement:

“At no point was there ever any indication that her car hit anyone or anything. We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the next few days.”

It’s likely that Lohan didn’t come to this decision on her own, sources close to the actress say her friends, family and business partners have been begging her to avoid the nightlife until her probationary period has come and gone.
Lohan plans to only leave her house when she’s attending her court ordered community service at the city morgue and when she’s needed at business related meetings.
Lohan’s probationary perios is scheduled to end March 29.
Do you think that Lindsay Lohan can stay out of trouble if she simply chooses not to leave her home for the next two weeks?

Tim Tebow.. The perfect role model

This week’s hottest athlete in America is also charity-friendliest, particularly to the Philippines.

Tim Tebow, the Bible-spreading quarterback of Denver Broncos, one of America’s 32 professional football teams, has announced that the foundation named after him and another non-for profit organization are teaming up to build a state-of-the-art, US$3-million hospital in Davao city.

The Tim Tebow Foundation based in Jacksonville, Florida and CURE International based in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania are going to break grounds for the proposed 30-bed hospital this January.

Joel Worrall, vice president of communications of Cure International, told this reporter in an email, “We do not have a specific date for the ground breaking nor do we know if Tim will be in attendance. The choice of Davao City is related to the number of factors, including need, spiritual makeup of the island, opportunity to build a sustainable operation in that city, and a number of historical factors in the project.” The hospital is expected to open in mid-2013.

This reporter was alerted of the proposed hospital construction by an article, “Tim Tebow and CURE building children’s hospital in the Philippines,” (http://blog.godreports.com/2011/12/tim-tebow-and-cure-building-children’s-hospital-in-philippines/), written by Mr. Mark Ellis of Godreports.

According to the Tim Tebow Foundation (www.timtebowfoundation.org), its partnership with CURE International (www.cure.org/timtebow) will attempt to fulfill its mission to “bring faith, hope, and love to those needing a brighter day, and this partnership will directly benefit children throughout the developing world who suffer from treatable physical disabilities. CURE International, which exists to provide both physical and spiritual healing, operates programs and hospitals in 20 countries and has performed more than 121,000 surgeries in its 14-year history.”

BORN IN MAKATI CITY

“I am truly excited about this partnership with CURE International,” said Tebow. “When I learned about what CURE does and how intentional the organization is about sharing the gospel and healing children, I knew it would be a great partnership.”

“Tim’s passion for sharing his faith and making a difference in the lives of people around the world is a natural fit with CURE,” said Dr. Scott Harrison, President and Founder of CURE International. “It is a blessing for us to partner with someone of Tim’s caliber and integrity. Through this partnership, many children will receive the healing they so desperately need.”

Tebow’s choice of building children’s hospital in the Philippines comes as no surprise as he was born in Makati City in the Philippines, where his parents were missionaries.

The Tebow CURE Hospital in Davao City will be a surgical facility, focusing primarily on orthopedics.

“I was born in the Philippines, and my parents have been missionaries to that area since 1985. The Philippines have always had a special place in my heart,” Tebow said. “I’m excited to be a part of this hospital that will bring healing to thousands of children who would not otherwise have access to care.”

The hospital, which is CURE’s first in the Philippines, will be 12th worldwide.

“Throughout the world, 80 million children suffer every day with crippling conditions like clubfoot and spinal deformities, conditions that are correctable with surgery,” said Dr. Scott Harrison, the founder and president of CURE International. “We feel blessed that the Tim Tebow Foundation has chosen to partner with us to bring first-world quality care and spiritual healing to the children of the Philippines.”

The hospital will house a Timmy’s Playroom, which will provide faith, hope, and love to children before and after their surgeries. It will be the Tim Tebow Foundation’s first international playroom.

“TIM TEBOWING” GAINS BELIEVERS AND AMUSEMENTS

The 6-foot-3-inch, 236-pound Tebow captured the attention of football fans, when he won for the University of Florida (UF) the Heisman Trophy as the most outstanding college football player in the United States. He also became known for kneeling and thanking Jesus Christ on the football field after each win, called “Tim Tebowing.” While the gesture endeared him to many Americans, it has also become a source of amusements for others.

Tebow’s come-from-behind victories have inspired Texas Gov. Rick Perry to “be the Tim Tebow of the Iowa caucuses.” And televangelist Pat Robertson calls Tebow as a “role model to be celebrated. The fact that he prays and seeks God, I think, we ought to applaud him. Does disaster have to strike for people to acknowledge God?”

When HBO’s Bill Maher criticized Tebow’s sub-par performance against Buffalo Bills last December, upset fans called for a mass cancellation of HBO subscriptions over the atheist’s offensive tweets.

While still undergraduate, Tebow launched “First and 15” (his jersey number) under the auspices of the Office of Student Government and with the NCAA approval to mobilize hundreds of students on campus and UF boosters for a number of important charities. It raised funds for Uncle Dick’s Orphanage in the Philippines and Shands Hospital pediatric cancer center in Gainsville. Upon finishing his four years as a collegiate athlete, he immediately launched the Tim Tebow Foundation in January 2010.

Tebow showed his fondness for Bible, by scribbling Bible chapters and verses in his eye black during football games. His favorite is “Phil 4:8-9,” which is about Paul’s letter to the Church in Philippians 4:8-9, which says, "whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy – meditate on these things... and the God of peace will be with you." Eye blacks are dark pigments that reduce sun glare.

His other favorite is John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

The 24-year-old lefthander and homeschooled, who admitted that he is still a virgin, threw an 80-yard touchdown pass to Demaryius Thomas on the first play of overtime last Sunday (Jan. 8) that stunned the Pittsburg Steelers 29-23 in the AFC (American Football Conference) wild-card game that gave the Broncos quarterback 316 passing yards for the game and a playoff record 31.6 yards per completion, giving some observers fits that there was some divine intervention in the game. Tebow wore the numbers on his eye black during the 2009 BCS title game when he was at Florida.

Today. fans will again be anticipating to see signs when Tebow’s Broco's face the heavy favorite New England Patriots. (lariosa_jos@sbcglobal.net)

Charice new look

International singing sensation Charice shocks everyone with her new found look. In a press conference the 19 year old explains why she made a decision to change her look.

“Yung ibang people sa management, gusto nila yung look ko parang Selena Gomez. The other one, they want me to be more like Avril Lavigne, which is what I like. Or more like Rihanna. That’s what I like. That’s what we’re trying to do. I think everybody’s shocked. This is such a huge step for me and I love it. This is me. This is who I am. I just don’t want to stay a person that I don’t like… I’ve been thinking about it for years and years. This is a dream come true for me,”

And the tattoo that says Love Eternally with an infinity sign in the middle

“The tattoo that I have has a meaning. The tattoo says ‘love eternally’ and it has an infinity sign. It’s for my love for people, for my fans and for my family, for everybody. So, every time I do something I always have reason,”

With her new make over, her haters and critics are saying that she look like a lesbian which she fearfully defend.

“Are you kidding me? I’ve read tons of negativecomments and I don’t care. Whatever they think maybe if I look somebody or whoever I don’t mind. I mean this is the look that I want. So, the only thing you can do is to move on,”

Devon May Natividad Seron (May 20, 1993) is from Cebu City. Growing up in a squatters area, she studied in a public school. Due to her scoliosis, her parents worked hard to finance her education in a private school right across the street from their house. Big Brother paid her remaining tuition and fees to be able to graduate. Devon's mother entered the house on Week 6 to serve as a househelper in exchange for a college scholarship. Devon was proclaimed the Fourth Teen Big Placer on Day 78.
